Faith + Work Summit Orlando: March 9-10, 2017     Redeeming Work to Impact the World

Vocational is integral, not incidental to the mission of God.

– Steve Garber

Everyone is affected by the economy, yet Christians are often unable to articulate a biblically informed and culturally response to issues that arise in the marketplace. Moreover, how to connect their faith with their work:

People hunger for meaning and purpose. As people spend 165 hours outside of church each week, how does one connect their faith with their work from Sunday to Monday?

The Office of Faith, Work and Economics at Asbury Theological Seminary desires for Christians to honor God in the various work environments in which He has strategically placed them.  We strive to prepare people to think Biblically about their work, reflect His glory in and through their work, and act as ambassadors in every sphere to advance Kingdom purposes.

Faith+Work Summit is not just another conference, but an experience designed to inspire you to make an impact. Held in Orlando, Christians involved in business, the church, government, academia and ministry organizations will gather to learn, share best practices and create collaborative partnerships to affect positive social change in our communities and the world.

Join us for two days of impactful dialogue and interaction with national and local speakers, entrepreneurs, business and community leaders, pastors and academicians who will share innovative approaches in business as mission, community transformation, and how to transform your ordinary day’s work into an extraordinary calling.

Who should attend?

Join us for the Faith + Work Summit Orlando! While this event is free, registration is required for admission (all meals are complimentary).
